1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

• Does not have any other SMA777 account that is active, suspended, or previously closed due to a terms violation.
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not be registered on any self-exclusion list or applicable gambling limit programme.

SMA777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to confirm member eligibility. Accounts that do not meet the eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any account balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned upon completion of the investigation.

3Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

Registering an SMA777 account is free. You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. SMA777 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

3.2 One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted only one active account on SMA777 at any one time. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email address, identity card number, or IP address is strictly prohibited. Violations of this rule will result in:

• Immediate suspension or closure of all related accounts.
• Forfeiture of all accumulated bonuses and VIP points.
• Any winnings obtained through multiple accounts may be voided.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. SMA777 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Please contact SMA777 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

4.1 Deposits

SMA777 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods only: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow QR, and FPX (online banking via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect, and other Malaysian banks). All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits from third parties, international credit cards, or unlisted payment methods are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or one belonging to the same account holder. SMA777 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts. All withdrawal requests are subject to standard security checks. SMA777 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts.

Withdrawals that have been submitted cannot be cancelled. Daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier: Silver RM 5,000, Gold RM 15,000, Platinum RM 50,000, and Diamond with no limit. SMA777 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for up to 5 business days for compliance review and anti-money laundering purposes.

4.3 Dormant Funds

An account showing no activity (deposits, bets, or withdrawals) for 90 consecutive days will be considered inactive. SMA777 reserves the right to impose a monthly maintenance fee of RM 5 or 10% of the account balance (whichever is lower) on inactive accounts, after providing 30 days' notice to the member via their registered email.

5Bonus & Promotions

SMA777 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members, including a welcome bonus, weekly reload bonus, daily VIP cashback, birthday rewards, and periodic special promotions. Each bonus is subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page; however, the following general terms apply to all SMA777 bonuses:

• One bonus per promotion, per member, at any one time unless stated otherwise.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any withdrawal can be made. The rollover rate is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonuses may only be used by members who meet the eligibility requirements of the respective promotion.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system – including the use of multiple accounts, fraudulent deposits, or betting strategies designed to exploit promotions – will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account closure.
• SMA777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• VIP cashback bonuses are credited automatically every morning with no wagering requirements and can be used or withdrawn freely.

6Game Rules

All games available on the SMA777 platform – including online slots, live casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette), Texas Hold'em poker, fish shooting, and other table games – use software from licensed providers that have been independently audited. Every game utilises an audited Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair outcomes that cannot be manipulated.

• The use of bots, automated software, or any unfair method to exploit odds latency or system errors is strictly prohibited.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the SMA777 platform and may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and potential legal action:

• Multiple account usage for the purpose of obtaining multiple bonuses or abusing promotions.
• Money laundering – using the SMA777 platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Identity fraud – registering using another person's personal information or false details.

9Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 Closure by Member

You may close your SMA777 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat, email at support@sma777.asia, or WhatsApp. Closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Any eligible account balance will be returned to your original payment method once all conditions have been met.

9.2 Suspension by SMA777

SMA777 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: breach of terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, legal compliance requirements, self-exclusion requests, or any other reason SMA777 deems necessary in the interest of platform security and the wider membership.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

Members who wish to self-exclude from the SMA777 platform for responsible gaming reasons may do so by contacting our support team. SMA777 offers self-exclusion options for 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account or register a new account at SMA777.

10Privacy & Data Security

12SMA777 Limitation of Liability

• Unfavourable betting or game outcomes that are a natural result of wagering activity.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the SMA777 platform.
• Actions by third parties including hackers, identity theft, or unauthorized use of your account resulting from your own negligence.

In the event that SMA777 is found liable for any losses, SMA777's maximum liability is limited to the net deposit amount you made in the 30 days prior to the incident giving rise to the claim.

13Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

SMA777 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. SMA777 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of material changes via email to registered members or through a notice displayed within the platform.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiations are unsuccessful, the dispute will be referred to the resolution process designated by SMA777.
